Georges Braque, who created cubism with Picasso, was also one
of the still life painters representing the 20th century.

by constructing the picture decoratively with curves of the
tablecloth. The thick and heavy matiere of paint mixed with
sand and the coloration focusing on black show his sophisticated
artistic sense.
